Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Pro Floors Philly repaired and refinished 100 year old floors for us. The team did an amazing job on our floors. The quality of their work is top-tier and the results exceeded our expectations. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially given the level of craftsmanship. What really stood out was the customer service. They were professional, responsive, patient with our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, fairness, and genuine care for their customers, but they did exactly that. Mike was timely, honest and very responsive. He worked with the dates I needed the floors to be done by, and his team did an amazing job at install. He also gave me honest opinions about restoration goals in price comparison versus putting in new floors. Would 10/10 recommend!

The team that came to my home was quick, professional, and above all kind and well mannered.

I recently hired this company to install new hardwood flooring and refinish my existing floors, and the results were exceptional. They perfectly matched the colors by refinishing everything together, and the final outcome looks seamless and beautiful.

I couldn’t be happier with the work the Pro Floors Philly team did on my upstairs floors. From the start, the team provided a clear and fair estimate and were very helpful when I was deciding on the stain color and finish type.
The crew arrived on time and did a great job after the work was complete managing the dust and final cleanup. Most importantly, the floors themselves turned out amazing! All of the deep scratches caused by myself and the previous owners were removed and the new satin finish looks fantastic.
