1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS/text messaging program offered by Pro Floors Philly (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in to the messaging program.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Pro Floors Philly at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Verbal Opt-In
Pro Floors Philly will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply,” “Message frequency may vary,” and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent.” They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. 3. Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

5. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

The phone numbers and information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 7. Changes to These Terms
